A logo package is a complete logo system, not a single mark. It includes a structured set of primary, secondary, and supporting logos designed to work cohesively across digital and physical applications.
This approach ensures your brand remains consistent wherever it appears.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 7 business days, starting once your questionnaire has been submitted and all required information is received.
For time-sensitive projects, Priority Placement is available as an optional add-on.
What is priority placement?
Priority Placement moves your project to the front of the production schedule and delivers your logo page within 3 business days.
Availability is limited to ensure quality and focus.
How many revision rounds are included?
Each package includes 1 round of revisions. Revisions are intended to fine-tune the chosen direction, not explore entirely new concepts.
Requests for new creative direction may require additional scope.
Are logo design spots limited?
HumanKynd intentionally limits the number of projects accepted each month to preserve quality, focus, and creative direction.
How to book if HumanKynd is fully booked?
If the studio is fully booked for the current month, new projects are scheduled for the next available release.
This is normally the 1st of each month.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive all logos in print and digital-ready formats, including colour and monochrome versions. Files are clearly organised and labelled for immediate use across your brand.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are not available once the design process has commenced.
If a project is cancelled prior to work beginning, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can i request custom work or additional assets?
HumanKynd operates on a productised model to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency. Additional design work outside the selected package is not included but may be quoted separately if appropriate.
Is this service right for every brand?
HumanKynd is best suited to founders and businesses who value creative direction, clarity, and a considered approach to branding.
If you’re looking for rapid experimentation, trend-based design, or unlimited customisation, this may not be the right fit.
Do you use AI in your designs?
No. Every logo page is hand-crafted by our designer. HumanKynd does not use any form of AI-generated design.
